Welcome to our website!! Let me introduce myself, my name is Gary Gurski Jr. I am the owner of Performance
By Force and have extremely enjoyed watching our business grow over the last seven years. My entire family is from the
Upper Penninsula of Michigan and have been racing for over 35 years. I would like to thank all of them for there support
and help. Thanks dad for watching me tear everything I have ever had apart to either see how it worked, or make
it go faster. You may have shook your head, but you have always been there for me. Misty, I wouldnt be where I
am today without you by my side! My passion for snowmobiles and snowmobile racing began when I was four years old being
pulled around my grandfathers yard behind a Ski Doo 775 TNT. I grew up watching my Uncle Allen restore and race twin,
and triple cylinder Blizzards, and 340 Free Air RV's. I would like to thank my Uncle Allen for the knowledge and
patience he has taught me over the years as he included me in his sled projects. I would also like to thank my
Great Uncle Wayne for the knowledge and patience he gladly passed along to me as well. It was an honor to watch him
work with Guy Usildinger in preparing for the Soo 500 (which was an incredible experience, as well as a very successful
one). He will never be forgotton. I would like to say thanks to my best friend Pete (who is a very talented die
maker/engineer) for helping in the restoration of many early race sleds and giving us his race support, as well as my close
friend Curt who I have spent many hours with turning wrenches and brainstorming. I myself went to a trades
school and hold a two year machining certification as well as welding certification. I also went to Baker College for
Computer Aided Design. From there I was trained in the machining field and was certified in CNC lathe and
mill programming and operation. I started my career at General Motors Powertain Division in 1997, and was involved
in the first launch of new generation Vortec V 8 engines that power the Corvette and Full Size Pickups, etc. I
started drag racing a 1985 Ski Doo Formula Plus at the age of fourteen, from there I was hooked on racing. I have
extensive experience with rotary valve engines, and have been working extensively with Rotax triple cylinder engines since
1993. We have helped support numerous race teams, that have included 4 wins at Haydays in 2004. We also have vast
experience with the ZX and Rev Ski Doo platforms. We enjoy and love our work, which is why quality and customer satisfaction
has always been #1 to us. Our customers have grown and grown over the years. Many people come to us after paying
so dearly and being so frusterated by the lack of quality performance work from some dealerships. Enjoy our website
